About HoHoHo
HoHoHo is a gift-draw service for school, work, friends and family groups, provided by Arda Tor. Contact: helphohoho@gmail.com. It is not a betting, gambling, cash-prize or gift-sales service. These terms cover the app and services at hohoho.rotadra.com.
Accounts and eligibility
You must have the capacity and permissions required by applicable law, with a parent or legal representative where needed. Protect account access, do not impersonate others and submit only information you are entitled to share. Guest accounts are device-linked; loss of device or app data may limit recovery. Link to a sign-in provider where that option is offered.
How draws work
Organizers create a draw, share its code or link and complete it once there are enough participants. Anyone with valid invitation details can join. Membership changes, code resets, finishing and deleting depend on permissions and draw status shown in the app. Completed results and optional gift notes are displayed through the relevant flow. Do not attempt unauthorized access or distribute invitation codes without permission.
Gifts and group arrangements
Participants agree budgets, gifts, addresses, deadlines, shipping and delivery themselves. HoHoHo does not supply gifts, mediate payments or delivery, or guarantee that a participant will send a gift. Share addresses and similar details only where needed and by choice. Confirm technical problems within your group; do not use the app as your only permanent archive.
Advertising and support purchases
Advertising and optional support purchases may fund the service. Result-screen offers explain ad conditions; availability, consent, completion and app version can affect the flow. Ad and store services are not guaranteed to be available. The local price, taxes and product details shown by the store before purchase apply. Unless expressly stated in the product description, support purchases do not change draw outcomes or chances. Refunds follow the relevant store process and mandatory consumer rights. A support purchase is not automatically a tax-deductible charitable donation.
Content and acceptable use
Do not use the service for threats, harassment, illegal content, malware, impersonation or disruptive automation. Do not share another person’s private information without permission. You retain rights to your content and permit the storage, processing and display needed to provide the service to relevant participants. Rights to the app’s code, branding and artwork remain with their owners; permission to use the app does not transfer ownership.
Privacy and notifications
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Information Notice. These terms do not substitute for optional analytics or tracking consent. Manage notifications and preferences in the relevant settings. Consider the consequences of sharing visible information with invited participants.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, network outages, provider changes or security needs may interrupt or change the service. Necessary and proportionate restrictions may address misuse. No unlimited guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation is made. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot legally be limited, or legal liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Leaving, deletion and complaints
Use account deletion in Settings or contact support. The Privacy Policy describes effects on shared draws and retained records. Store purchase and refund processes are handled separately. You can contact us first about a dispute; rights to competent consumer or data protection authorities and courts remain unaffected. Mandatory local protections continue to apply.
Store license and changes
Apple’s standard end-user license also applies to the iOS app to the extent applicable. Store and operating-system providers may impose separate terms. Material changes follow required notice and consent processes. The date on this page identifies the current version.
